1. Operator and scope
This draft describes processing associated only with terrizoaguimor.dev, Mario Gutiérrez’s personal website under the Térrizo Aguimor identity. It is not the privacy policy for Celiums or any linked project.
Provisional privacy channel: hello@celiums.ai. Complete identification and notice details required by applicable law must be confirmed before this notice becomes effective.
2. What the site does not collect itself
The reviewed version has no forms, accounts, subscriptions, comments, purchases, analytics, advertising, or first-party tracking tools.
- It does not request a name, phone number, address, credentials, or payment information.
- It does not create advertising profiles or sell or share information for behavioral advertising.
- Its own code does not write information to localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB.
- Language selection uses a different URL and does not require storing a preference.
3. Transient visual interaction
Animations may temporarily read pointer position, scroll position, viewport dimensions, and browser preferences such as reduced motion. Those values are used in memory to render the current experience; first-party code does not send them to the operator, retain them, or use them to identify or profile a visitor.
4. Infrastructure data
To deliver, authenticate when applicable, and protect the site, hosting, network, or access providers may receive technical data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, date and time, referrer, response status, and security signals. Those providers may create operational logs or anti-fraud events under their own terms.
The public site is delivered through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure and does not require creating an account on this website. That infrastructure may process technical data needed to route requests, apply security controls, and maintain operational logs under its own terms.
The __cf_bm cookie was also observed. Cloudflare manages it for security and automated bot mitigation, with an approximate duration of 30 minutes. It is not created by the site’s own code.
5. Purposes and bases to be confirmed
The technical purposes are to deliver requested content, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. The data is not used for marketing.
Lawful bases, controller and processor roles, applicable agreements, and possible international transfers must be confirmed before this notice is activated. This draft does not claim compliance and does not replace that analysis.
6. External links and services
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Celiums, and other projects transfer navigation only when a visitor chooses to open them. The destination may then receive technical data and apply its own policy. Térrizo Aguimor does not control those external surfaces.
The email link opens the visitor’s chosen application. The message and metadata will be processed by their email providers and the recipient; the website does not receive the message content.
7. Retention, location, and recipients
First-party code does not maintain a visitor database. The exact duration of access and security logs depends on providers and deployment settings; no single retention period has been verified that can be promised here.
Providers may process data in countries other than the visitor’s. Providers, locations, recipients, retention periods, and current contractual safeguards must be identified before this draft becomes effective.
8. Personal data rights
Depending on applicable law, people may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Colombian law may also provide rights to know, update, and rectify data; request proof of authorization when applicable; learn how data has been used; complain to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after the applicable consultation or claim; and request revocation or deletion when legally available.
To make a request or ask about processing, email hello@celiums.ai and include enough information to identify the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.

9. Children and teenagers
The site presents professional work and is not directed to children or intended to collect their data. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent information by email, they may request review and deletion through the privacy channel.
10. Security and limits
Technical measures intended to reduce risk include encrypted delivery, browser restrictions, and infrastructure protection. No connected system can guarantee absolute security. Incidents will be assessed and handled according to their impact and applicable obligations.
11. Changes and activation
The review date identifies the technical inventory used for this draft. Changes to hosting, access, scripts, analytics, forms, or integrations require a new inventory. A version will be effective only if it clearly removes the draft status and states an effective date.
