2. Expected use
Expected uses include ordinary human browsing, assistive technologies, sharing links, quoting reasonably with attribution, and indexing that respects the site’s public instructions and uses a proportionate request rate.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Accessing or attempting to access non-public systems, routes, credentials, data, or functions without authorization.
- Interfering with availability or security through denial of service, disproportionate loads, limit evasion, abusive automation, or control circumvention.
- Knowingly introducing, distributing, or linking malware, harmful code, phishing, or content intended to compromise others.
- Extracting content in a way that degrades service, ignores technical instructions, or builds profiles of people.
- Impersonating Mario Gutiérrez, Térrizo Aguimor, Celiums, or another person or entity, or suggesting a nonexistent affiliation.
- Using the site to infringe rights, harass, threaten, discriminate, deceive, or conduct unlawful activity.
- Concealing the origin of abusive traffic or helping another person evade protective measures.
4. Security research
Publishing this site does not authorize scanning, exploitation, disruption, or access to data. If you identify a possible issue in good faith through non-intrusive observation, report it to hello@celiums.ai with sufficient detail and without unnecessary personal data.
This draft offers no safe harbor, bounty, service-level commitment, or expanded research authorization. Any future program must be published expressly and separately.
5. Proportionate response
If this policy becomes effective, the operator may take reasonable measures to protect the site, such as rate-limiting traffic, blocking requests, preserving minimal technical evidence, removing links, or notifying providers and authorities when appropriate. Measures will depend on risk and do not remove rights provided by law.
The site has no user accounts; this document therefore does not invent account-suspension powers or product terms.
